Overnight accommodations are available on the Ashokan Center campus and must be reserved by September 30. To reserve on campus, contact ACR Board Member Helen Chase, who will coordinate your lodging directly with the Ashokan Center staff. To view photos of the rooms, click here. Lodging accommodations are to be paid for in advance of the Meeting, and not upon arrival. Your Lodging reservation will include your choice of linen rental and your Breakfast payment for the next morning. Once your lodging is confirmed, you may make your payment directly to The Ashokan Center, by contacting Lisa Hurley, Director of Private Events (our Lodging Manager at The Ashokan Center for this event). She can be reached by phone 845-657-8333 x 10 or by e-mail retreats@ashokancenter.org. Please provide your own phone number is case she needs to return your call.

Overnight guests must check out by 10:30 AM on their departure day, either Saturday or Sunday.

Longhouse bunk bed* – $50/person/night (shared bath)
Longhouse private room (sleeps 3) – $150/room/night (shared bath)
Red Maple room* (sleeps 4) – $180 (no balcony) or $200 (balcony)/room/night (private bath)
Sycamore room* (sleeps 5) – $220 (second floor) or $230 (first floor)/room/night (private bath)
Cabins (queen or 2 twins) – $150/cabin/night (shared bath)

Meals

Continental Breakfast plus 2 hot items – $15 (overnight guests only)
Saturday Lunch: Sandwich/Wrap variety (with chips & cookie) – included in registration

On-Campus Activities

Enjoy a walk to Cathedral Gorge or the Covered Bridge, or explore the recreated historic village. Fire pits will be available throughout the weekend.

Optional Sunday Activity

On your own: Ride the Catskill Mountain Railroad Pumpkin Express from Kingston Plaza at 10 AM, Noon, 2 PM, or 4 PM.
